Summer 2008

OK, so I realize I have been a bit out of commission the last couple of months, so here is a quick update on recent quite dramatic changes.

Noah, Theo and I spent most of july out at Vaddo, enjoying the sun, water and fresh air. Noah got some great balancing practice on the rocks 

 had a great time with his friends Vincent and Wilmer:

He also made a new friend, Nora, which was a very long stick that spent most of its time resting on a big rock but got to come with us down to the water where Noah would very gently place half of Noras 'body' in the water. 

After about an hour Noah would with concern in his voice encourage Nora to come out of the water and eat a snack with us. 

Noah also explored some deep thoughts, over dinner one evening he lookup at me after examining a mosquito bite on his hand and proclaimed very seriously that food is fun but that bugbites were not.

Unfortunately it was also a time of goodbyes. We had to say goodbye to all of our dear friends in Sweden. Something that was hard for all of us. So here are a few pictures from our summer in Sweden:
